I am a licensed as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Professional Counselor, and Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a masters degree in mental health nursing from the University of Texas, and extensive post graduate training in counseling, and have been in practice for 20 years.

Midlife, bariatrics, eating disorders, and couples are my specialty areas.
